FPGA-accelerated inspection platform delivering multi-stream 4K vision at up to 100 FPS with deterministic latency enabling reliable grain sorting in continuous industrial environments without any cloud dependency.

Processing Pipeline

Hardware-accelerated histogram-based classification combined with real-time object recognition detects defects and triggers pneumatic ejection within ~10 ms fully aligned with Industry 4.0 automation requirements.

 

Vision Sensing

Multi-stream 4K at up to 100 FPS with GMSL, MIPI, and DVP camera interfaces. Synchronized wide-coverage arrays for full-lane inspection across any configuration.

 

FPGA Processing Pipeline
