Full Stack Ecosystem for Processor Based Chip Design
Namal University Mianwali, successfully hosted Summer School on "Full Stack Ecosystem for Processor Based Chip Design." The event saw the enthusiastic participation of over 45 individuals from diverse backgrounds, including academia, industry, and research and government institutes. Summer school on RISC-V open source ecosystem will create an impact on the society by strengthening the linkages of academia and industry and by enhancing the industrial development and sustainable economic growth using the open source technologies. A notable highlight of the school was the presence of CEO AQL Tech Solutions Mr. Jafar Safdar, the Director General of the NESCOM. Complementing this distinguished lineup, Prof. Tassadaq Hussain and Ms. Naureen Shaukat from the Namal University Mianwali, Dr. Wladek Grabinski fron ETH Zurich Switzerland and expert speakers including Dr. Ali from UIT Institute and CEO Khursheed Fans shared their insights and knowledge. The summer school served as a pivotal platform to emphasize the significance of Open Source Platforms and engage in discussions concerning various available tools aimed at addressing the challenges faced by RISC-V.
